All prices quoted are accommodation rates per night based on up to 4 adults for Mardon View and up to 2 adults for The Courtyard. We do not accept any additional people for either apartment.
Minimum stay is 7 nights in the summer period and 4 nights at other times.
We are happy to discuss your availability requirements, please contact us accordingly.
We are now able to accept payment for Overseas bookings by means of an International Bank Transfer - details upon request. Please note all bank charges are to be paid by guests.
A deposit of 25% of the total is required with the booking form to secure the reservation, followed by the full balance six weeks before arrival
Free Court Street Car Park Pass - provided for each apartment for the duration of your stay(applicable April to end October).

A warm personal welcome. All bed linen, towels and kitchen linen. A pint of milk and the means of making tea and coffee on arrival. Central heating at set times, October to March. Heated towel rail and log effect fire/with convector, all-year. Joint use of our private walled garden, "The Courtyard" has its own outside seating. Use of walking books and maps. Free Car Park Pass to the Court Street Car Park - there is no vehicular access/parking to either apartment. Please note: We are only able to offer a poor wi-fi facility due to the fabric of the building and slow broadband connection. We do not offer our guests the facility of a washing machine or dishwasher. |
